The worship of the God of the Bible is central at Bethel--it's all about Him. We're not only talking about singing during our Sunday gathering, although it's one of the many ways we worship God. Our highest worship priority is to honor God everyday and in every aspect of our lives. Worship is 24/7. Worship is a lifestyle--adoring God, ascribing to Him supreme worth, obeying His commandments, and humbly acknowledging our complete dependence upon Him. Whatever we do, we do it to honor God (1 Cor. 10:31).
On the weekend, we come together on Sunday at 11 a.m. as a community of God's people, which the Bible teaches us to do (Heb. 10:24-25). Together we worship God by singing, praying, meditating, giving tithes and offerings, hearing the teaching of God's Word, celebrating Holy Communion, and encouraging and serving one another.
Another way we worship God together is at our Connect Groups--where adults, youth, and children connect with their peers on a more personal level.
